Lindy Hop — Mondays
The original swing dance, born in 1920s Harlem — joyful, energetic and endlessly social. Beginners 7–8pm, social & practice 8–8.45pm, improvers 8.45–9.45pm at Sloans Ballroom.
Balboa — Tuesdays
Our sister group, Glasgow Balboa, teaches this fast, close-embrace dance in roughly 8-week blocks at Woodside Halls. Ideal when the music gets quick.
